Debra Mason has been an active Zumba participant for 5 years. Zumba is dance fitness to upbeat, fun, inviting music. Deb has her Zumba Basic 1, Zumba Circuit, and Zumba Gold qualifications. She has been instructing Zumba classes at Curves since September 2014.
Debra is offering Zumba Gold classes (for the golden years; less intense, low impact).
Classes will run from Sept. 8th – Dec.15th. Minimum Participants required to hold classes for fall term will be 10.
LOCATION: West End Community Centre
TIME: Tuesday 10:00am – 11:00am
FEE: 15 classes for $90.00
DROP IN FEE: $10:00 per class
START DATE: September 8, 2015
EQUIPMENT: Good Supporting Footwear & Water Bottle
